Gulf Landings Association is a premier deed restricted waterfront and boating community. If you are considering building a new home or purchasing one of our existing waterfront homes, you should take the time to familiarize yourself with the workings of our community.

Gulf Landings Association Inc. is a Home Owners Association and membership is compulsory for all homes, condominiums and town homes located within Gulf Landings Association Sea Forest, Sea Colony, Egrets Place, Heather Cove, Mariners Way and the reserves at Sea Forest. Separate membership to the private Gulf Harbors Beach Club for $144.00 per year is also mandatory.

2018 $53.00 per month (2018 approved no increase)

Estoppel Requests
An Estoppel Letter from Gulf  Landings Association certifying that all payments, dues, fines, and any other fiduciary responsibility owed the Association is current and up to date showing a zero balance is part of the due diligence process in real estate transactions. Estoppel letters are required for all real estate transactions within Gulf Landings Association.  All Estoppel requests must be made by official request of the Association Management by contacting Donna Baran, CMCA via email [email protected] or during normal business hours in person byappointment please call (727) 815-3672.

For your financial protection always make certain an up to date estoppel is part of your closing packet, ask your attorney, real estate agent and or title company for further information.

Q: Who should I contact to get a key fob?
A: Contact the Association Manager at the GLA Recreational Facility. Stop by the Clubhouse or call 727.815.3672 for an appointment.

Q: What are the Clubhouse hours?
A: The Recreational Facility is open everyday year round from 6:00am - 11:59pm

Q: How can I reserve the Clubhouse for my special event?
A: Complete a Clubhouse Reservation Form and submit it to the Association Manager with your usage fee and deposit check. You can find the form on the "Clubhouse" page in this site, or stop by the Clubhouse Office. You can find the form in the information rack located to the right of the Office door.

Q: What should I do if I want to make any exterior architectural or landscape changes to my property?
A: Complete and submit an and drop it off at the Clubhouse Office. If the office is closed, you can put the Application in the labeled drop box near the front entrance door of the Clubhouse. You can find the Application on this site by clicking on the  ARC tab in the left navagational list. If you are at the Clubhouse the form is located to the right of the Office door in the information rack.

Q: What happens if I am cited for a deed restriction violation?
A: You will receive a letter in the mail stating your deed
restriction violation and how to return to compliance. Violations need to be corrected immediately. If you do not respond to the letter, nor bring the violation into compliance, you are subject to legal action including but not limited to fines and legal fees. Documentation of violations will remain in your HOA file.

Q: How can I obtain a trailer parking permit in order to park a boat trailer in the clubhouse lot?
A: Contact the Association Manager at the GLA Recreational Facility. ID and boat/trailer registrations are required.
